Refund policy

All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or style).

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To start a claim, send an email to [lowridertvstore@gmail.com] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item

We will either send a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.

Note: Claims for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
